About Brian Fraker:
Owner of Preferred Construction Solutions LLC
Brian is happily married to his wife, Jamie, and they have three beautiful kids. He was born and raised in Delaware, where he graduated from Olentangy Local Schools. Brian still resides in his hometown and enjoys enhancing the Delaware community, as well as surrounding areas, through his career. Prior to Preferred Construction Solutions, he was the Project Manager for 13 years at the family- owned business of Delaware Building Systems, Inc. On top of Brian’s project management experience, he holds over 20 years of experience in commercial construction. Brian looks forward to continuing his profession as the Owner of Preferred Construction Solutions LLC.
